Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there no material has come during investigation that he was aware of the forged nature of stamps. The petitioner acted in normal course by identification as a Counsel. The Notary who affirmed the affidavit has already been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No. 125 of 2011 by the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Supaul.
