6 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 1.5.2014.
In the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.
Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 1.5.2014 passed in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 179 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
The amount of Rs.750/- as directed by this Court vide order dated 1.5.2014 is increased to Rs.1,000/- per month.
