I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 11.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11077 of 2013 and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 546 of 2013/204 of 2013 arising out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2010 pending in the court of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gaya is again rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible taking note of this fact that petitioner is languishing in jail
