Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is present. It would appear from my previous rejection order dated 30.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13370 of 2013 that petitioner had given spade blow on the head of the deceased as a result of which she died and the aforesaid allegation is corroborated by the post mortem report. Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1201 of 2012 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2009 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Danapur, Patna is again rejected.
