The petitioner is in custody since 8.5.2012 in a case registered under Sections 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

For the alleged allegation of firing by the criminals wherein nobody was injured, the petitioner has been apprehended with country-made pistol and five cartridges.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IVth/concerned Court, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan
