The petitioner is one of the named accused of the case registered under Section 307 and some other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently the injured has died, so section 302 Indian Penal Code was added vide order dated 2.7.2013. The occurrence is of 12.6.2013. The informant in her statement has stated that at the behest of the petitioner she was caught by the petitioner and three others and after pouring kerosene oil by Rani Devi, she was ignited by Rani Devi. Submission is that allegation of pouring kerosene oil and igniting it is against Rani Devi. It has also been submitted that

during investigation another version has come from the independent witnesses that the victim has herself committed suicide, so the case would come under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prayer for bail of the petitioner has been opposed by the learned APP assisted by the learned counsel representing the father of the deceased.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M./concerned Court, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 145 of 2013.
