Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this court but admittedly, the petitioner is in jail custody since 12-08-2011 and uptill now, only one prosecution witness could be examined.
No doubt, in fardbeyan, the deceased levelled serious allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased but the petitioner is an old lady, aged about 68 years and there is no possibility of conclusion of trial of the petitioner, in near future.
Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind the pace of progress of trial of the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
