5 26-03-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 03-04-2013 passed in Cr. Misc. 46473 of 2012 and again, I am not inclined to release him on bail, taking into consideration the allegations, levelled against him as well as stage of his trial and, accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1843 of 2011/8 of 2012 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 298 of 2011 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Patna is, again, rejected.
However, learned trial court must expedite trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible preferably, within 9 months from the date of receipt/production of

copy of this order and, if , trial of the petitioner is not concluded within the above-said period, he may renew his prayer for bail.
