Nobody has appeared on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted under diverse sections of the Penal Code including Section 379 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after making submissions at length states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and an application to this effect shall be moved in the Court below. He, therefore, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application in order to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail in the light of facts disclosed in the application including the application by the party filed in the Court below as contained in Annexure-2.
As prayed, the application is permitted to be withdrawn. In the event of approaching the Court below for
