the petitioners in all the cases and Mr. H.S. Himkar for the respondent Patna Municipal Corporation (for short “ the Corporation”).
Both the parties have agreed that these applications should also be disposed of in the light of the order passed today in C.W.J.C. No. 751 of 2014.
Accordingly, these applications are disposed of strictly in the terms in which C.W.J.C. No. 751 of 2014 was disposed of. In case of any doubt or confusion, the parties should refer to the order dated 14.3.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 751 of 2014.
