The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the

offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 36 of 2013.

Accusation is that the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners have killed the informant’s Niece by strangulation and sprinkling K-oil and setting her on fire.

Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the nature of accusations, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed.
