This application is directed against the order dated 16.11.2013 passed by learned Additional Adhoc District and Sessions Judge – Ist, Bettiah, West Champaran in Sessions Trial NO. 130 of 2012 (arising out of Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 42 of 2013) whereby the prayer made on behalf of the

petitioner for discharge for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code, has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have already been framed but till date no witness has been examined.
The Court below is directed to take appropriate steps for expeditious disposal of the trial.
The grounds taken by the petitioner can very well
be wrested out during the trial.
The application is dismissed.
