Patna in Complaint Case No. 1169(C) of 1999 whereby cognizance has been taken under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of argument drew my attention to the order dated 11.06.2014 passed by the Court below in a discharge petition filed by the petitioners.
The case was disposed of on the ground that the compromise petition was filed by the complainant expressing her desire not to prosecute the accused persons any further.
In that view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous.
Dismissed as having become infructuous.
