The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant’s daughter Rinki Devi was married with Amit Ram on 27.06.2012 and within a year she died. The informant was informed by his son-in-law regarding her death.

Submission is that Rinki Devi alias Priyanka Devi was admitted in the clinic of a qualified doctor who is practicing at Masaurhi. The doctor treated her but she could not survive and the cause of death as described by the doctor is vomiting i.e. breathlessness all few loose motion. It has also been submitted that the informant himself has not alleged anything against the

petitioner who is mother-in-law of the deceased and she was separate from his son or the deceased from before.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in Masauarhi P.S.case No. 159 of 2013.
