The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code after recovery of the dead body of the informant’s uncle lying in orchard and the suspicion was raised against the petitioner and two others.
Submission is that there is no witness to the occurrence. The implication is on account of enmity.
Learned APP submitted that during investigation it has come that the petitioner was last seen with the deceased.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
