The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 409, 420/34 of the IPC. Altogether seven persons were named as accused of the case which has been registered on the basis of written report of District Magistrate, Saran regarding irregularities committed in installation of solar light system.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that after enquiry it was found that all the

solar lights being installed and regarding quality of solar lights the petitioner was not responsible.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013.
