The informant had appeared and it has been submitted on behalf of both the sides that the case has been compromised now.
The petitioner is accused of the case which has been registered under Sections 323, 420, 406, 500, 504 and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Initially a complaint case was filed which was sent to
police and the FIR has been registered.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that all the matrimonial disputes between the parties have been settled and now the informant has no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2013.
