Case No. 45 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the sister of the informant was married with the petitioner on 27.5.2002 and out of wedlock there are two sons but she was being tortured and lastly she has been murdered by the petitioner and others and disposed of the dead body with the help of other co-accused.
