6 10-01-2014 The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 384, 406, 498A, 34 of the I.P.C. With consent of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but it appears from the report of the mediation at Flag-A that the mediation has failed.
The petitioner and the complainant are present. The complainant is ready to resume the conjugal life but the offer is not acceptable to the petitioner.
Considering the nature of accusation of torture and the present stand of the petitioner, let learned Court below consider regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2012, pending in the Court of
