4. 07-04-2014 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
this petition was filed for quashing of order of cognizance,
however; during the pendency of this petition, charges
have already been framed. Accordingly, he makes a prayer
for disposal of the present petition with liberty to raise all
the points, which have been taken in the present petition,
during the trial before the court below.
The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands disposed of granting
liberty, as indicated above.
