The informant is not named in the First Information Report and his name was implicated by Vivek Kumar who was named specifically in the First Information Report as the person who had committed the theft by misleading the informant in an A.T.M. Centre. The said Vivek Kumar had been admitted to bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53741 of 2013. Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013.
