The petitioner was found moving a motorcycle parked in the court premises of Aurangabad and in that process of moving out the vehicle, he was caught at the spot.
There is definite defence of the petitioner that he is innocent and he bears a clean slate as regards the antecedents of the petitioner, but the facts are so concrete and telling that this Court does not find it a fit case for granting bail at this stage.
The prayer for bail is hereby dismissed in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014.
However, if the trial is not concluded till the date when the petitioner completes one year to be counted from 17.06.2014, the court below shall itself grant bail to the petitioner on furnishing bond to its own satisfaction.
