Case No. 41 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 376/511 of Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act. Allegedly, the petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of the minor victim when she went to bring election cap. Submission at the bar for release of the petitioner is that the victim girl has not been examined and on the basis of the statement of mother of the victim, without any legal and cogent evidence the petitioner is suffering in custody since 14.4.2014 to which the learned APP opposes.
