The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner and other FIR named accused persons were collecting money from the poor villagers for providing them land and during raid the petitioner and other two were caught with amount of Rs. 600/- with paper showing receipt of money from 13 poor ladies and accordingly, papers, cash of Rs. 600/- and TVS motorcycle were seized.

oppose the illegal acts of the informant. They were making demand to settle the lands in favour of landless persons under the Policy of the Government and due to which the petitioner and others have been implicated to which the learned APP opposes.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above and considering the detention of the petitioner since 15.3.2014, petitioner Chhathu Ram is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rajesh Pandey, J. M. Ist Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
