The Petitioner seeks bail in Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant having received the information with regard to robbery went to the place of occurrence and, on chase, apprehended the petitioner. From the possession of the petitioner, one country-made pistol, one live cartridge, one Nokia mobile phone and one motorcycle were recovered.
It is submitted that no case with regard to theft of the aforesaid motorcycle was registered. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than eight months and he has got no criminal antecedent except one case, which too, was lodged with regard to robbery.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than eight months, the petitioner named above is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014.
