The petitioner Hari Lal Ram @ Hira Lal Ram seeks bail in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 217 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The mother of the deceased alleged that the petitioner and his family members killed her daughter Sobha Devi. The dead body of Sobha Devi was found concealed in a hut covered with husk.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against him. It has come that the deceased herself

committed suicide. During the course of trial, the informant has been examined and she did not support her case and disclosed that the deceased committed suicide.
Learned APP, however, opposed the prayer for bail. Be that as it may, there is very specific allegation against the petitioner who killed his wife and the dead body was found in a hut concealed under husk, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, namely, Hari Lal Ram @ Hira Lal Ram on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
