ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3 10-12-2014 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 13.12.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. 23045 of 2011. Considering that the Trial is at the stage of final arguments as per the report of the Trial Court, I see no justification for revising the order of refusal of bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 2011 of 2013 arising out of Jhajha G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 15 of 2008.
The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
