The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 9.4.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. 9892 of 2013.
Considering that now the Trial haws been committed to the Court of Sessions, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2012 pending before Shri Arun Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera (Samastipur).
The prayer for bail is rejected on merits.
The Trial Court is directed to immediately frame charge and thereafter, send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police concerned, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed
