The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that Rajeev Jha, husband of the deceased, has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. no. 11832 of 2014.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case,
