Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 registered under Sections-304B, 120B, 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, the petitioner No. 1 is Bhainsur whereas; the petitioner No. 2 is Gotani of the deceased, whose marriage had taken place in the year, 2012 and she died in the year, 2014.

No doubt, the FSL report reveals that poisonous substance was found in the viscera of the deceased but postmortem report reveals that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased. Furthermore, from perusal of the case

diary, I find that the husband of the deceased was not happy with the complexion of the deceased and that was the reason, there was strained relationship between the deceased and her husband.

Taking note of above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners named-above, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
