writ petitions have since been disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur to ensure proper, effective and expeditious investigation in Cr.W.J.C. Nos. 603 of 2014 and 560 of 2014.
(i) The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and make themselves available as and when so required and in case of failure, the State shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
