The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 814 of 2013.

It is submitted that the petitioners being variously related to the complainant’s husband have been falsely implicated. The thrust of the accusation is against the husband. The petitioners claim clean criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the complainant appears suo motu and opposes the anticipatory bail petition.
