It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the accusations are general and omnibus. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant on the other hand opposes the application for anticipatory bail,

showing from para-5 of the complaint itself that there is specific accusation of miscarriage as a result of torture suffered by her at the hands of the accused persons including the petitioner. It is further shown from the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Nawada that the petitioner was reluctant to keep her with due dignity and he did not appear even after several adjournments were granted.

Having regard to the specific nature of accusations and the stand of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
