It is submitted that the petitioner, being the husband of the informant’s daughter, has been falsely implicated as no grievance of torture or cruelty was raised in the past and the petitioner claims clean criminal antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. on the other hand submits on the basis of case diary that witness Upendra Yadav in his statement recorded in para-11 has supported the prosecution case. The post mortem report also discloses death by strangulation.
