Unknown criminals intercepted the
informant while he was going along with his daughterin-law over his motorcycle and was deprived of cash, mobile, golden chain.
The case having been registered against unknown investigation commenced and during course thereof, on the confessional statement of Jai Prakash Kumar Paswan @ Binod Paswan name of petitioner transpired. Even having under custody, up till now, though investigation is going on, has not been put on T.I. Parade. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.

Manish Kumar Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Umesh Kumar Verma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur / successor in office in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No.69 of 2012 , subject to condition that petitioner will made himself available whenever and wherever is required for the purpose of T.I. Parade, failing which the privilege so allowed will found forfeited.
