Let the petitioner appear before the S.D.J.M., Hilsa and pray for regular bail. The S.D.J.M., Hilsa shall admit the petitioner to bail provisionally as and when he appears before him in connection with Complaint Case No. 131(c) of 2013 and shall issue notice to the complainant of the case for her personal appearance. The S.D.J.M., Hilsa shall explore the possibility of putting the marriage on the right tracks by talking to the petitioner and the complainant in his Chambers. In case, the wife refuses to live with the petitioner, who has offered before this Court to rehabilitate the lady and to take her to doctors for getting her treated, then in that case the order of

provisional bail granted in favour of the petitioner shall be confirmed, but before confirming the order of bail, the court below shall adjourn the matter for 2-3 months and direct the complainant to remain physically present before him and explore the possibility on all occasions to put the marriage on to the right tracks.
