Let the petitioner surrender before the S.D.J.M., Nawadah in connection with Complaint Case No. 1017 of 2013 and pray for regular bail. The court below shall issue notice to the complainant Sanjeeta Devi who was undisputedly married to the present petitioner, to verify the fact as to whether she had really participated in the Panchayati and had signed the resolution of the Punches taken on 27.06.2013. For assisting the learned S.D.J.M., Nawadah, the petitioner shall produce the original copy of Annexure-2 before him. If the court below finds that the complainant Sanjeeta Devi had indeed signed and
