4 04-08-2014 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the entire proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 19.3.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No.139(C) of 2013.
Considering that the Petitioner is ready to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Three lacs) in easy installments, let him do so within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order by way of Demand Draft payable in favour of the Complainant within the aforesaid period which will be disbursed to the Complainant after due verification.
On payment of the entire amount, the further proceeding of Complaint Case No.139(C) of 2013 pending in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2096 of 2014 (4) dt.04-08-2014

Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1 st Class, Patna, shall stand dropped.
With these observations, the application stands disposed
