Informant, Kanhai Prasad Gupta who happens to
be proprietor of Bahurani Sari Centre was called upon to pay a rangdari of Rs.5,00,000/-(Five Lacs) through Sim No.8051406102 as well as 9504079392.
Contention on behalf of petitioner is that he happens to be under custody since 25.03.2014 and has got no criminal antecedent. It has also been submitted that admittedly petitioner once upon a time was tenant under the brother of informant who was insisting upon to vacate the shop and on account thereof, subsequently under para-13, 14 and 15 brought a theme suggesting that culprit so named therein were regular visitor who were given information by the petitioner regarding activity of informant, however happens to be mere illusion of the witnesses. So submitted that petitioner is entitled for bail.
On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer and submitted that petitioner acted as an informer of the other accused.

Taking into account, the period of detention coupled with the nature of allegation petitioner Lal Babu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.
