The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the order dated 7th February, 2013 passed by Sri Jeevan Lal, Judicial Maigstrate-1st Class, Nawada in G.R. No. 1382 of 2007, Tr. No. 1271 of 2012 arising out of Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 111 of 2007.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
Leave is granted.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
