The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the S.C/S.T Act registered in connection with Katihar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 08 of 2014.

It is submitted that even on the averments in the F.I.R., the ingredients of the offence under SC/ST Act are not made out, being not in public view.
