Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 19.03.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5562 of 2013.
From the report of the Superintendent of Police, Naugachia, it appears that almost all the witnesses except the Investigating Officer, who has now been traced to have been posted at Jamalpur, have been examined.
Hence, finding no merit in the application, prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1196 of 2012 arising out of Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No.237 of 2012 pending before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, is once again rejected.
