02. 03.11.2014 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 16.07.2014 by which the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya has refused to summon the private Opposite Parties in Complaint Case No. C 728 of 2009 (Tr. No. 734 of 2014/179 of 2009).
Considering that the impugned order is based on a decision rendered by this Court, on the same point, I am unable to find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed.
