Though this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail in the light of the allegations made against the petitioners for offences under Section 308 and allied offences under Indian Penal Code which also receives some sort of confirmation from the corresponding injury report it would still be sympathetic to the plea of the petitioners that their being now arrested would cause embarrassment not only to the petitioners but also to the families in which the petitioners are going to be married on 13.6.2014. This court would accordingly grant reprieve to the petitioners only for a period till 30.06.2014 and, therefore the petitioners after solemnizing their marriage must surrender on

1.7.2014 and seek regular bail.
That being so this court would direct the petitioners, namely, Binod Sah @ Binod Kumar and Diwakr Sah @ Diwakar Kumarr to be released on bail only till 30.06.2014 in Hussainganj PS Case No. 232/2013 on furnishing bail bonds of rupees ten thousand each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be close family members of the petitioners.
Before parting with this court would also make it clear that upon surrender of the petitioners on 1.7.2014 their prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced in any manner by any thing said in this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions this
application is disposed of.
