JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 6 04-12-2014 Heard. As directed by the Court, the petitioner and the victimwife is present in court. The victim stated that earlier she was living with her husband along with children, but she was driven out from her sasural along with her daughter when two sons are living with her husband. The victim further stated she is not ready to live with her husband as the husband always used to brutally assault her and her daughter and her husband driven them from the house. She has further stated that husband has four Bighas land. Hence the husband either given her one Bigha land or paying Rs. 1500/- per month for her maintenance as well as her daughter.
