Case No. 53 of 2012 dated 03.11.2012 instituted for offence punishable under Sections 341/323/447/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3 (i) (x) (2) (v) of The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is of having inflicted gunshot injury on the injured but he has been falsely implicated due to village politics. Learned A.P.P., upon going through the case diary, submits that direct allegation of having fired is against petitioner and the injury report corroborates such allegation.

the case and submissions of learned counsels for the parties, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The application stands dismissed.
