Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
State.
This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is in jail since 29.09.2013 and it has been stated that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to institution of this case and at the time of institution of this case one more case has been instituted under Section 307 of the Penal Code in which the petitioner is on bail.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 133 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran.
