This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

From the perusal of the order of the Sessions' Judge and the first information report, it is apparent that there is no eye witness and the hinges on circumstantial evidence and the circumstance fails to form any chain regarding the involvement of the petitioner.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. Tr. No. 92 of 2005/134 of 2012 arising out of Kinjar P.S. Case No. 106 of 1997 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, III, Jehanabad.
