The petitioner is in custody since 22.9.2013 seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Initially a complaint was filed which was sent to police and FIR has not been registered. The marriage was in the year 1997 and the complaint has been filed after about 16 years of the marriage.
Submission is that the petitioner has denied any
torture.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Bhabhua, Kaimur in connection with Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 05 of 2013.
