The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Section 302 and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Although the petitioner is named as accused of the case but the specific allegation is that at the behest Subodh Yadav, the fatal shot to informant’s father was given by Tarun Yadav. Submission is that the petitioner at best is a member of mob with no overt act. He is a man of fair antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to b released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
